Overview : Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 450 of the nation's most academically complex colleges and universities to manage their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, and student course search requirements. The Integration Analyst is responsible for analyzing clients' business models and consulting with them on how to maximize their software purchase. Using case studies, this position would take the combined knowledge of each individual client to identify internal opportunities and recommend advancements to the product(s). Duties : Sales Consultant (Approximately 20%)
- Maximize how we sell and market CourseLeaf products.
- Work with existing clients to better understand how they are using CourseLeaf products.
- Interview clients and develop stories on use cases.
- Educate sales on details of how products are used in the market.
- Assist in upgrading presentation materials or marketing language. Business Analyst
- Work with clients to configure rules to accomplish strategic goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of client(s) and how they handle catalog, course, section, and curriculum information. Interpret their needs and align them with internal goals and requirements.
- Explore and diagnose data anomalies in SIS data
- Consult client(s) on data clean-up and data standardization via Leepfrog software as needed.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with client application(s) and data, then determine if collaboration is needed with other Leepfrog staff.
- Provide Development Team with requirements based on client data.
- Build and use SQL scripts, indexes, and queries for data analysis and extraction.
- Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Leepfrog software and how it can be configured, customized, and implemented to meet client requirements.
- Work with Client Services Manager(s) to determine the overall implementation approach.
- Manage client expectations, requirements, and provide outstanding customer service in conjunction with Client Services Manager(s).
- Communicate company products and services to clients.
- Help determine if application enhancements based on client requests are necessary and reinforce the usability of current system features. Be able to explain how these features will enhance the future operation of Leepfrog's products and technologies.
- Assist clients in reviewing, identifying, and developing best practices for Leepfrog's products.
- Perform Quality Analysis on releases of integration packages.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during the implementation and launch of products. (i.e. : data missing from the bridge, SOW production for fit-gap analysis.
- Identify areas of improvement on how products are sold, managed, implemented, developed, and supported.
- Assist in collecting information from clients and internal constituencies on viewpoints about CourseLeaf products.
- Work with Leepfrog team to help set long-term goals.
- Facilitate presenting collective wisdom to decision-makers with options and possible recommendations.
- Perform audits based on client's business requirement documentation : o Manage webinar presentations to demonstrate CIM forms to clients. o Communicate with web developers to understand the back-end of the development on a consistent basis. o Create spreadsheets of form content for clients to use for feedback.
- Communicate with clients to resolve data anomalies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
