Job Description:
Production Lead
New Lisbon, WI – Walk In Facility
Location: New Lisbon, WI
Shift: 1st 5-:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with overtime on as needed.
Compensation: Based on Experience

Position Summary:
Our Production Lead will perform and support the various duties associated with meeting production schedules and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, mentor, coach and lead the work of employees and handle administrative functions
- Work with Plant Management to achieve schedule as required
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating all materials and quality processes
- Door Installation
- Final inspection, shipping, parts orders
- Perform Epicor (ERP system) duties and functions as needed
- Security of building
- Other areas of responsibility as needed
Qualifications:
- Must understand and be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements
- Leadership and interpersonal abilities and skills required; Production Leadership experience in manufacturing strongly preferred
- Must possess a cooperative attitude
- Must be self-motivated and work without supervision
- Must be able to understand and execute instructions
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 environment
- Epicor knowledge is a plus
- Must have a good understanding of the production process
- Have willingness to learn standard processes of production process
- Ability to have a flexible work schedule and attend meetings as required
Candidates that do not meet minimum qualifications will not be considered.
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read blue prints
- Scheduling and managing jobs for production line and service orders
- Understand quality specs per department
- Prioritize output based on schedules
- Learn and understand brazing and refrigeration process
- Ability to use repetitive motions
- Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
