JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Lead
Location: New Lisbon, WI

Position Summary:
To perform and support the various duties associated with meeting production schedules, coaching and mentoring staff, maintaining quality measure, and ensuring a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, mentor and lead the work of employees and handle administrative functions
- Work with other leads to achieve the production schedule as required
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating all materials and quality processes
- Final inspection, shipping, parts orders
- Perform Epicor (ERP system) duties and functions as needed
- Security of building
- Other areas of responsibility as needed and assigned
Qualifications:
- Must understand and be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirements
- Leadership abilities and skills required
- Strong communication and listening skills a must
- Must possess a cooperative attitude
- Must be self-motivated and work without supervision
- Must be able to understand and execute instructions
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office environment
- Prefer someone with a good understanding of the Refrigeration and Walk-In production process
- Ability to have a flexible work schedule and attend meetings as required
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to read blue prints
- Ability to use repetitive motions
- Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
