Hours: 7 PM -7 AM OR 7 PM- 7 AM

Shift Differentials & Bonuses:

• $2.50 shift differential on nights
• Weekend shift differential of $3.50 (Friday night through Sunday night)

Key Responsibilities:

• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents, documenting care and services provided.
• Accurately chart in the resident's EMR to reflect care given.
• Wear proper PPE as needed.
• Administer treatments and medications on time; order and perform diagnostic tests promptly.
• Take on nursing administrative duties on weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
• Effectively communicate during shift changes with outgoing staff.
• Investigate and resolve resident/family concerns swiftly.
• Adhere to state and Federal Regulations; participate in facility surveys.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and carry out Physician’s orders.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Nursing Program (RN) and licensed in MO
• 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
