The Role:

Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing contracts? We are looking for a dynamic Contract Specialist to join our Cooperative Services team! This is an exciting opportunity to partner with Sourcing Directors, manage contract expirations, and contribute to impactful strategies.

Snapshot of Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and execute amendments, termination letters, and non-renewal letters.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage contracts efficiently.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation using our Contract Management System (CMS).
• Engage with vendors for ongoing product and pricing maintenance.
• Provide timely updates to members and internal teams on contract changes.
• Work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

The Successful Candidate:

• High School or GED Graduate required, Associate’s Degree preferred
• Read, write, and speak English for work related communication
• Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in a related healthcare purchasing or contracting field.
