Massage Therapist Job Description
We are a busy growing practice in Leesburg, VA, with multiple doctors and massage therapists. We are seeking a skilled, reliable Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a passion to help others with pain, dysfunction, and wellness care.
The ideal candidate will be available to work 3 or more days per week and perform 4-6 sessions per day. You must be willing to do medical, relaxation, and deep tissue massages, as well as stretches and exercises for rehabilitation cases. Prenatal massage therapy experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discuss and review treatment plans with chiropractors on a case-by-case basis.
- Perform professional quality 60-90 minute massages within your scope of practice and licensing.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits to patients/clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Attend and participate in team meetings when required.
- Create an excellent patient experience with a positive and pleasant attitude.
- Communicate all promotions/wellness plans to patients.
- Assist with marketing and team events.
- Follow all practice policies and protocols.

All our Massage Therapists are W-2 employees. Our practice supplies sheets, creams, oils, business cards, as well as help you build your clientele.
This is a part-time and full-time position available.
