```Duties```
- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Use knives and other cutting tools to portion, slice, and grind meat
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate cuts of meat and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely completion of orders
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in a restaurant or culinary setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and ability to handle various types of meat
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
