What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Aide position at Leeward Physical Therapy?
· Assist in carrying out physical therapy rehabilitation related activities and duties which are in accordance with supervising Physical Therapist plan of care for each patient, in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
· Duties include:
o Supervising and demonstrating safe and proper use of equipment and exercises
o Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment within the clinic
o Learn how to properly and safely setup modalities that patients will use during their treatment session

· Additional Qualifications/Preferred:
o Experience working with patients of various backgrounds
o Be able to handle multiple tasks at a time…adaptable
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· High School Graduate
· Must have competent computer and clerical skills
· Preferred: Experience with use of medical billing software and Electronic Medical Record Software (WebPT)
· Demonstrate and represent the culture of the clinic, which has been in business for 38 years.
· Able to be in clinic M-F
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
