Responsibilities:
- Adjusting Resident ledgers and accounts for Housing Agency’s Change in Shares
- Corresponding with various Subsidy Agencies regarding discrepancies in renewal increases, payments received and contract rents.
- Responsible for problem resolution on residential billing inquiries from other departments
- Review Resident monthly charge reports to ensure accuracy to facilitate rent bill processing
- Liaise with Property Management Team to ensure best in class customer service for all residential tenants
Requirements:
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi- task
- Ability to work within a time-sensitive environment, be proactive and be able to handle confidential material
- Attention to detail a must
- Excellent oral, written and telephonic communication and interpersonal skills
- Good follow up skills
- Act with a sense of urgency
