We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Administrator. The Order Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely release of customer orders. Success in this role requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with the Sage system, and a commitment to staying organized and efficient throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and release orders through multiple portals, including Sage.
- Communicate with customers via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Enter and review orders, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and on-time task completion.
- Cross-train and provide support to other departments when needed flexibility is essential.
- Take on additional duties as assigned and assist during slower periods or when departments are short-staffed.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, ensuring accurate and prompt order processing.
Qualifications:
- Strong typing skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Willingness to take on tasks beyond core responsibilities as needed.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
