## Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding services to guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure a timely delivery
- Offer recommendations and answer any questions guests may have
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Collaborate with host, bar, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and efficiency
- Learning and staying well knowledged on all menu items (including food, cocktails, spirits)
## Qualifications
- Prior experience serving preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Must be 19 years of age, 21 years of age preferred
