What are the responsibilities and job description for the Smoke Shop Sales Associate position at Lefty's Plus?
Responsibilities:
-Must be 21 or above in age with valid ID
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Manage and update transactions in the point of sale system
- Follow up on inquiries and customer recommendations in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Independant worker
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Vapor sales experience is a plus
