What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Lefty?
The Lefty Account Management team is core to Lefty's success. Its role is to build strong and lasting relations with our clients, assist them in maximizing their platform use, understand their needs, and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid them in their success using our product. This will be done by developing appropriate communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
The Responsibilities:
- Ensuring clients resolve their initial issues with Lefty (satisfaction and retention).
- Guiding clients toward success (creating action plans based on use cases).
- Being the voice of the customer within the company (sharing ideas for new features and addressing usability issues).
- Ensuring our clients grow with our solution (natural expansion, upselling & cross-selling, identifying opportunities and risks).
- Organizing work sessions with the clients to dive deep into their influencer marketing strategy.
Desired Profile:
- With a Master’s degree from a business school, you have one or more successful experiences as an account manager in the digital solutions sector
- Your hunter mentality is complemented by your ability to maintain and develop a client portfolio
- You are articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- You are results-driven and known for your negotiation skills and interpersonal savvy
- You are organized, autonomous, proactive, and capable of using communication to enhance the impact of your message
- You are proficient in spoken and written English
- You are interested in influencer marketing
This position is based in our Manhattan office in New York.

- On-site interview with our CRO and CEO (~1 hour).
