Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to perform various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues.
• Use tools and equipment effectively, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients, addressing their needs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and basic carpentry techniques.
• Knowledge of using an Ohmmeter for electrical testing is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: From $20.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Handyman: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
