At CESO, a Designer is responsible for a wide variety of tasks under the direction of leadership. You will have primary responsibilities that include :
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform basic design work on a variety of projects and prepare reports and construction drawings
- Assist on 2D and 3D preparations of drawings, using computer aided design (CAD) or building information modeling (BIM)
- Convert and digitize electronic files into usable CAD files
- Prepare all drawings in compliance with company drawing and CAD / BIM standards
- Perform redline mark ups as directed by others
- Collect data and gather information or documents for architectural projects
- Assist with preparation of permit submittal documents and applications
- Support architectural design team in daily planning, coordination, and completion of projects
- Learn state and federal laws & regulations and adapt building codes and standards as required to integrate into projects
- Perform other project duties as assigned
