At CESO, the role of a Marketing Coordinator is to coordinate activities ranging from proposal and collateral generation, social media content assets, and industry research. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks such as CRM maintenance, content library oversight, and vendor coordination. You will have primary responsibilities that include:
\n- Using templatized materials, assist with proposal generation for potential clients
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external marketing of print, direct mail, social media, company website updates, and brand awareness initiatives
- Maintain and update proposal library material, company photos, and other marketing literature as needed
- Coordinate trade show participation by CESO employees under guidance from senior marketing staff
- Input and maintain the information contained in the company’s CRM software
- Support the company’s marketing product and gift selection / purchases
- Provide assistance on presentations, events, and conferences
- Support the marketing and business development teams as needed
- Perform other general marketing and office duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations,
- Two (2) years of general marketing experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (heavy emphasis on word and PowerPoint)
- Time management and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to draft as well as edit documents such as e-campaigns, proposals, case studies, presentations, and resumes
