You will also have the role of training Designers and Lead Designers. You will have primary responsibilities that include : Primary ResponsibilitiesDraw detailed scale plans for structures, installations and construction projects based on preliminary concepts, sketches, design guidelines set forth by municipalities and governing agencies and data provided an Architect, Job Captain, Project Manager, etc.Independently design and prepare 2D and 3D detailed construction drawings and designs using computer aided design (CAD) or building information modeling (BIM) softwareUse independent judgement to create complete architectural construction drawings by using CAD and Revit softwareInterpret and apply company and AHJ standards on all design and layoutsDesign schematic concepts in conjunction with client programsCorrelate, interpret, and modify data obtained from subconsultant drawings and reportsConvert and digitize electronic files into useable CAD filesPrepare all drawings in compliance with company drawing and CAD standardsResearch design options and code issuesProvide high level of customer service to clients and attend client meetingsPerform redline mark ups as directed by architectural leadershipReview civil and SMEP plans to assure coordination with architectural design plansHighlight completed redlines, print check drawings and review prior to returning complete workObserve construction activitiesDelegate and coordinate work with designers and lead designersMotivate team members through the creation of a positive work environment by providing mentoring, coaching, and training to assist in professional developmentPerform other project and supervisory duties as assignedPosition Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with 10 years' experience; or in lieu of a degree, 15 years of related experience and / or trainingProficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Rendering Software, Photo Editing Software, Newforma and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to travelBenefits and Perks Flexible and Hybrid Work SchedulePaid Time Off - Credited to You 100% Upfront401K with a Company MatchRewards and Recognition ProgramTraining and Development to Foster Professional GrowthPaid HolidaysMedical / Dental / Vision Coverage including High Deductible Health PlanWelcome BoxCasual Dress CodeReimbursement for Professional LicensesPaid Time Off for Community Team Service EventsShort-Term / Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Maternity / Paternity LeaveEmployee events such as lunches and outings to foster a positive work environmentCESO is a principle-centered organization that aligns with strong service values, integrity, and authenticity.
