As a Client Services Representative, you will build relationships with customers to present our telecommunications products and services. We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as Client Services Representatives to demonstrate AT&T’s services and array of products offered at the convenience of our customers demands.
In the Client Services Representative position, you’ll work with customers so that they are receiving the best service. The Client Services Representative will assist with device activations, service upgrades, and new account setups creating customer satisfaction and minimizing their questions. We stay ahead of the curve by offering the latest technology, exclusive deals, and personalized solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Client Services Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with personalized solutions and recommendations based on their telecommunications and technology needs.
- Be the customers main point of contact to answer all questions they may have, inquiries, and address concerns
- Be educated on services offered to customers to increase knowledge in both products and in your role as a Client Services Representative
- Utilize sales skills to process sales orders and increase customer accounts
- Effectively communicate the value of services, promotions, and latest technology offerings.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement, increasing our customer satisfaction rate
- Provide detailed explanations to anything our customers ask ensuring clear communication
Client Services Representative Skills:
