Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Inform customers on the benefits of our wireless services and educate them on the products advantages
- Develop and execute sales orders to increase wireless in the Dallas area
- Provide customers with detailed information about their accounts to know if they are eligible for new services based on their plan
- Engage in training with our company on wireless knowledge to develop expertise in sales and business development
- Facilitate customer interactions professionally and efficiently to build relationships
- Keep up to date on all new service upgrades and promotions, offering the best solutions
Entry Level Sales Associate Skills:
- Prior experience in a customer service and/or sales environment is a plus but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers
