Our company is looking for a goal-oriented Account Representative to help us generate revenue and improve sales. As an Account Representative, you will ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and customer service. You will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and offering the company’s products and services to new and existing clients. Additionally, your job will review and manage client accounts and ensure the accuracy of their information.
Your goal as an Account Representative will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and reach prospective customers retail interactions. If customers face any problems or have complaints, you will be there to help them resolve issues. You will also prepare and maintain records of customers accounts, payments, sales activities, etc.

Account Representative Duties & Responsibilities :
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and customer service

- Handle customers complaints, problems, and inquiries, and resolve problems and disputes
