What YOU will do:
- Work side-by-side the BEST technicians and installers in the industry!
- Receive hands-on-training in residential HVAC service, repair, and installation
- Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring dexterity and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations
Who YOU Are:
- Hard-working, willing to learn
- 1 year Experience with HVAC
- EPA License
- Good communicator with a strong customer service focus
- Driven by rewards based on work effort and outcomes
- Mechanically Inclined

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Join the on-call rotation.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
Qualifications
You must have these things:
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
- A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
