Prefer 1 to 2 years of food service supervisory experience in a healthcare/retirement setting focusing on dining room management and resident satisfaction. Ability to manage daily food service operations throughout the community. Must have food safety and sanitation knowledge as well. Ability to manage a staff up to 20 associates or more. No Late Nights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years supervisory experience in the restaurant/food industry
- Knowledge of scheduling and training staff
- Proven Leader
- Team Builder
- Experienced Educator
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
- Great communication skills
