Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrate Legacy Bank and Trust corporate values in all situations and interactions.
- Provide a strong level of leadership to retail frontline staff through coaching, observing, mentoring, and developing team.
- Responsible for all branch staffing (interviewing, hiring, termination, scheduling, corrective action, etc.).
- Maintain constant communication of employee performance. (Complete and deliver annual performance appraisals, monthly one on ones, etc.)
- Responsible for training and coaching retail team on all retail functions within the branch.
- Responsible for meeting deposit growth goals and customer service standards for designated branch.
- Expected to deepen existing business and call on and develop new business.
- Possess knowledge of all banking products, including other lines of business within the bank.
- Train and coach team on knowledge of all banking products/services offered.
- Keep branch staff current on new products, pricing, and cross-sell opportunities within retail and other departments of the bank.
- Accept and process loan applications, meet with loan customers, and act as a liaison between loan customers and loan officers as needed.
- Coach and train retail team on consumer lending practices and procedures.
- Key contact for customer issues, disputes, complaints within designated branch. Accountable for complaint resolution at branch level.
- Open/close depository accounts and facilitate maintenance on existing accounts. Review for accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as back up to teller line staff, performing teller functions as needed.
- Manage facilities, location specific vendors, contribution requests, community involvement, and coordinate special events.
- Work within annual budget for marketing initiatives and growth strategies.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Three or more years of banking and/or sales experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Sitting: Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
