Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Commercial Loan Officer role located in Dallas, TX with high focus on production and development of C&I lending and treasury relationships in the small, mid-size, and low middle market space.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have:
• Demonstrated sales production and leadership experience in C&I lending, treasury and banking products on a diverse industry and client base
• Strong contact and client network
• More than 10 years of C&I lending experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Texas market
• Experience in credit and loan structuring and portfolio management
• Finance and budgeting skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills in committee and board meeting settings
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional working skills for development and execution of market sales plan with branch network and other areas of the bank
• Active community engagement and participation in business related affiliations and associations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
