The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is primarily responsible for aligning human resources strategies with Legacy Behavioral Health’s objectives. Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, the HRBP actively participates in shaping and executing HR initiatives that foster organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, ensure the acquisition of high performing talent, and drive operational efficiency. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers/scanners.  Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift 10-25 pounds.
