Position Overview:
As a Life Insurance Agent, you’ll help families understand their financial needs and guide them to the right life insurance coverage. You’ll also introduce clients to broader financial strategies, such as retirement planning and saving for future goals.
There are also opportunities for growth. High-performing agents can expand into roles like Investment Manager or Loan Officer, helping clients build wealth and buy homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Education & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, educating them about their financial options and providing life insurance solutions.
- Needs-Based Consultations: Assess clients' needs and recommend the best coverage options.
- Sales & Business Development: Grow your client base through networking and marketing, while meeting sales goals.
- Ongoing Support: Offer continued service to clients, including policy reviews and assistance with claims.
- Broader Financial Education: Help clients plan for retirement and achieve other financial goals beyond life insurance.
Future Opportunities:

Requirements:
- No Experience Needed: We provide full training. Experience in sales or finance is a plus.
