The Management Trainee acts as the leading face of AT&T, helping new businesses seamlessly navigate their options available to them. The Management Trainee’s core responsibilities will include identifying prospective businesses, promoting tailored solutions, closing sales, and maintaining long-term connections to ensure lasting satisfaction. Management Trainee Requirements:
- Speak with potential business owners and customers face-to-face to educate them on products , and guide them through the service enrollment process
- Conduct engaging product presentations to highlight the benefits of AT&T wireless and internet services
- Close sales while maintaining a professional and friendly rapport with business owners and customers
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company compliance, and promotions to ensure accurate and effective consultations
- Develop leadership and problem-solving skills by taking on additional responsibilities in team coordination and sales planning
- Meet with Management Trainees daily to review goals, client interactions, and sales strategies to improve on
- Assist in training and mentoring new hires, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
Management Trainee Education and Job Requirements:
- Experience as a Management Trainee, Customer Service Representative, or a Sales Associate is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build instant rapport and connections with diverse clients
- Optimistic and ambitious towards professional and personal excellence
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks seamlessly
- Passion for helping people and a desire to find solutions that improve other’s lives
