Client Development Director in the DODD Field

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the Director of Client Development. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with various referral networks, including social workers, developmental centers, boards of developmental disabilities, guardians, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources to generate new client leads.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with social workers, developmental centers, boards of developmental disabilities, guardians, and other relevant organizations.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to establish new group home sites, including negotiating with landlords and coordinating site furnishings.
• Conduct new placement interviews with potential clients and their families to effectively communicate the company's strengths, services, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for new clients and maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare or social services industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,500.00 - $95,000.00 per year
