What are the responsibilities and job description for the MS/HS Instructional Assistant position at Legacy Christian School?

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with faculty, staff, parents, and administration to implement the mission and values of LCS.
- Facilitate student success and growth through a variety of teaching methods and learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Exhibits an authentic, mature relationship with Jesus Christ and demonstrates a commitment to a local church.
- Have a passion for leadership development in yourself and in your students.
- Committed to LCS' standards, expectations, and mission.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited College or University Preferred
- 3-5 Years Experience Preferred
