Controller / Office Manager
The fastest growing dealership in SW Kansas is hiring! Legacy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking to hire a Controller / Office Manager to join our growing team!
Extensive knowledge of accounting along with a strong work ethic are required. This is a fun, fast-paced environment so the ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, and be a team player is what we're looking for. Prior experience in the automotive industry would be a plus. You must be trustworthy and capable of definitively accounting for all funds that are coming and going at all times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 2 Years of car dealership Controller/CFO experience
- Know and be able to prepare auto dealer financial statements
- Advise, teach and oversee the existing office personnel
- Enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Monitor cash and floorplan balances
- Knowledge of bank and floorplan reconciliation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
