Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of offices, handling a variety of tasks to facilitate effective decision-making and streamline daily operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage s' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prioritize and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.

Communication and Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.

Draft and edit correspondence, emails, reports, and other documents on behalf of s.

Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.

As part of an employee’s job within Legacy Church, Inc., employees may be required to perform duties and tasks that serve our subsidiaries, partner organizations, or any other entities owned by Legacy Church, Inc.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.

Documentation and Filing: Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to important documents.

Manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.

Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of offices, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.

Assist in the onboarding of new team members.

Project Support: Provide support on special projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination of project-related activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
