Legacy Cleaning was founded in 2019 and has established itself as a premium janitorial company in the Twin Cities and Mankato markets. In June of 2021, Brian Comiskey took over as the new owner of the company, Tidy Clean, in Mankato. Brian's vision is to provide top notch customer service and quality to our clients. This is a long term position with a set schedule.
Legacy Cleaning is looking for a committed, detail oriented full-time special projects coordinator to join our team in Mankato. We are committed to making our clients look good and providing peace of mind. If you take pride in quality and dependability, we are interested in talking with you. This position is responsible for overseeing special projects such as carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, cleaning tile and grout, window cleaning, etc. Responsibilities include, performing the work, overseeing staff, managing supplies and inventory, performing quality inspections, filling in when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Clear background check.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Very Dependable.
- Attention to detail.
- Follow directions - written and verbal.
- Comfortable working alone in a building at night.
- Able to be on your feet for 4 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- At least 1 year of management experience
SCHEDULE:
- Monday-Friday
- 5:30pm start time
- 40 hours per week
- Ability to meet once per week for a 1:1 with management
COMPENSATION:
- $19 per hour depending on experience
- Paid biweekly.
