Collection Support Associate

Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our Collections team as a full time Collection Support Associate.

This is a full time position, with the standard hours being Monday - Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

For our Collection Support Associate, this role supports the Collection department by contacting members by phone and mail regarding overdrawn accounts, reviewing reports to ensure appropriate account locking and updating information.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Contacts delinquent accounts by phone and mail, takes appropriate action to bring current.
• Maintains accurate documentation and reports on all collections activity.

Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.

Education: High school education or GED
