Be a part of driving healthy change in our communities About the Position The Director of Integrated Behavioral Health at Legacy Community Health will be a leader in providing high-quality integrated behavioral health screenings and brief interventions to clients with identified behavioral health needs. This will involve screening new clients identified as at-risk in the primary care setting in order to identify presenting problems, address urgent issues, and / or provide immediate referral as indicated. In this role, you will work with adults, adolescents, and children experiencing biopsychosocial stressors.
