Salary: $130,000 per year
Work Schedule: Hybrid – In-office Tuesday through Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday. Some clinic visits may be required on in-office days.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and support HR Business Partners and drive strategic HR initiatives within our organization. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in talent strategy, employee relations, leadership coaching, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with senior leaders and influencing business decisions while maintaining a balance between employee advocacy and organizational objectives.
As the HR Manager based in Houston, you will oversee HR operations across multiple clinics, ensuring that HR strategies align with Legacy’s mission and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with business needs and HR best practices.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive succession planning, talent assessment, and employee engagement strategies.
- Serve as a strategic HR consultant to business leaders, helping them make informed decisions on workforce planning, organizational structure, and leadership development.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Oversee complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Develop strategies for improving managerial effectiveness and leadership coaching to create a high-performance work environment.
Strategic HR Initiatives & Business Partnership
- Act as a thought partner to business leaders, proactively identifying workforce challenges and HR solutions.
- Support cultural transformation initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness within the organization.
Workforce Planning & Operational Excellence
- Manage HR data analytics to provide insights on employee trends, turnover, and engagement.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to standardize HR practices across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations, mitigating risks for the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-4 years of leadership experience managing HR Business Partners.
- Strong background in employee relations, talent development, and strategic HR leadership.
- Experience working with multiple levels of leadership, including frontline managers, directors, and executives.
- Proven ability to drive change, influence leadership, and implement HR best practices.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills—must be able to engage with senior leadership effectively.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Hybrid role: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, Remote on Monday & Friday.
- May require clinic visits on in-office days to engage with managers and directors.
