Job Description
- Evaluate patient health status, assessing needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervising physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, evaluating lab results and referring abnormal values as necessary.
- Deliver medical services to clinic patients, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
- Perform diagnostic tests and procedures, such as urinalysis, vision screenings, and audiometry.
Requirements
- Texas advanced practice licensure, active and unrestricted
- DEA registration, current and valid
- BLS certification, maintained and updated
- EMR proficiency, preferably Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Spanish language proficiency, fluency preferred
