Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, encompassing both focused and comprehensive evaluations.
- Maintain open communication with colleagues, supervising physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Accurately document patient information, evaluating lab results and referring abnormal values as necessary.
- Offer medical services to clinic patients, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention strategies.
- Administer diagnostic tests and procedures, such as blood draws, skin tests, and hearing assessments.
Requirements
- Texas advanced practice licensure, active and unrestricted
- DEA registration, current and valid
- BLS certification, maintained and updated
- EMR proficiency, preferably Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Bilingual in Spanish, fluency preferred
