What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver - Union City position at Legacy Connect Home Care Inc?
Legacy Home Care is looking for a dedicated caregiver to provide daytime support 21 hours per week for a client in the Union City, PA area. If you are compassionate, and dependable, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with personal care tasks.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Safely transport the client as needed.
- Support the client with dignity, patience, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and compassionate individuals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to assist with light physical tasks (e.g., lifting, mobility assistance).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
