Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Administrative Support: Anticipate and assist the needs of the CEO.
- Communication Management: Coordinates and oversees company communication including employee, company, and board newsletters, press releases, and other Legacy communications.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel, accommodations, activities, and meeting agenda for Board of Directors and President.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, and conferences including monthly board meetings, and yearly stockholder's meetings. Prepare agendas and coordinate venues and catering for meetings.
- Donations and Public Relations: Maintains donation budget for the company. Also involved in the Youth Leadership Conference, United Way campaign, and other community-involvement projects.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Education and Experience: Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to prepare and adhere to the administrative budget. Must be able to understand and analyze financial statements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think reasonably and critically.
