Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and print and radio advertising. Negotiates annual media contracts within the marketing budget.
- Content Creation & Management: Oversee websites and social media and the creation of content (blog posts, articles, social media posts, video content, etc.) that resonates with the target audience.
- Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials, communication platforms, and campaigns. Purchases promotional items for the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with departments for development and integration of on-line shopping websites and customer applications and advertising campaigns. Manages Loyalty Card Program for Legacy Coop.
- Employee and Public Relations: Develop and promote employees and customer events including advertising, venue, and catering.
- Design: Graphic design for in-house flyers and communications using Canva, Photoshop, and Publisher.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing; Business Administration; Business Communications preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in creative design software including Canva, Photoshop, Publisher.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
