Description:
Face Frame assembly requires use of a variety of tools and techniques to assemble components. Assemblers ensure all component parts are present prior to the assembly process. This position requires the ability to comprehend and follow detailed verbal and/or written instructions, as well as interpreting diagrams, blueprints, and other technical documents. They ensure all tools are in working condition, and perform routine maintenance as required. Wood working experience preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Inspects equipment prior to use
- Uses various hand tools and techniques to assemble components.
- Interpret technical documents including diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions.
- Ability to interpret production schedules.
- Assist and communicate with team members.
- Keep a clean and neat workspace.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization.
- Understand and interpret the organization's quality standards.
- Ability to use problem-solving techniques to resolve issues.
- Openly communicates with supervisor and team members on production.
- All other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work and communicate well with others.
