Job Summary
We are seeking a Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting cannabis products and provide excellent customer service in a dispensary setting.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock and rotate products on shelves
- Utilize POS system for sales transactions
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
