What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center and Office Manager position at Legacy Disposal Services?
Family owned waste and recycling company is looking for an experienced Call Center manager to help expand our call center. As the call center is expanding, this position will also act as an Office Manager, supporting management and operations. We offer benefits and growth opportunities. An ideal candidate will be able to handle phone calls, train others in exceptional customer service, prioritize and respond to emails, process physical mail, some communications with our drivers, data entry in our customer service system and other duties as assigned. Must be a team player that can follow directions. This role reports directly to the General Manager. Starting pay is based on experience but can increase quickly based on performance.
Successful completion of a background check is required.
Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume call center experience
- Management/ Supervisor experience
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and ability to learn our customer service platform.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
- Review calls for quality assurance.
- Train new employees and coach current employees as needed.
- Manage scheduling, training, and development of staff to enhance team performance.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for customer interactions and office management.
- Foster effective communication among team members and with clients, utilizing strong phone etiquette and organizational skills.
- Assist dispatch staff and confirm operation's reports, work orders and daily routes are closed out in our customer service system for accurate productivity reports and billing.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
