We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing and assembling various dock structures and components. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, working around water, boats, barges and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. The Builder will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate machinery, including boats, forklifts and lulls, to move materials as needed.
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards while working in the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Assist in training new team members on proper building techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a construction setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Familiarity with operating lulls, forklifts, and hand-held equipment.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to construction and warehouse operations.
