Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction efforts and ensure accurate execution of project plans.
- Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards in all aspects of construction work.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage schedules effectively.
- Assist in budgeting processes by monitoring expenses and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among crew members.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software tools
- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings related to construction projects.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of quality control principles and practices within the construction field.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in supervising diverse teams effectively.
