Pool Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Pool Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all phases of residential and/or commercial swimming pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of pool construction, scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for pool construction projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews to ensure efficient workflow.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• Conduct site inspections and address any construction issues as they arise.

• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and schedules.

• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project success.

• Oversee material deliveries and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pool Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the pool construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of pool construction techniques, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong understanding of OSHA and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in scheduling software and construction management tools is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
