Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and activities of the company
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss and cost management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, insurance, etc
- Reconciliations, payroll, and commercial billing
- Oversee a team of admin employees
- Daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks (in Deltek/ComputerEase)
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Significant experience in accounting for Construction Industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, such as COIs, 1099s, subcontractors, etc
- Experience with AIA billing and job costing
