What are the responsibilities and job description for the Flooring Specialist position at LEGACY ENTERPRISES?
Legacy Enterprises is a large and rapidly growing construction company, specializing in both commercial and residential drywall, painting, metal framing, and more. We have recently added a full service flooring division and are looking for experienced foreman to be part of this division. Ideal candidates will be experienced in installation, takeoff, and estimating aspects of flooring with knowledge of vinyl, hardwood, and more.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in flooring installation,
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and their applications
- Familiarity with construction techniques and tools used in installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing
