What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint Foreman position at LEGACY ENTERPRISES?
Legacy Enterprises is a large and rapidly growing construction company, specializing in both commercial and residential drywall, painting, metal framing, and more. We are looking for experienced foreman to be part of the Painting division. Ideal candidates will be experienced in installation, takeoff, and estimating aspects of paint with knowledge of spray, brush, prep, stain and QC.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in paint installation
- Knowledge of different types of paint materials and their applications
- Familiarity with construction techniques and tools used in painting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing
