Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Negotiate terms of accounts and ensure clients understand their account options.
- Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and new products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Assist with benefits administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele, ensuring clear communication throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions effectively.
- Sales experience in retail or other sectors is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective communication with clients from various backgrounds.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory.
- A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
