Field Work Requirements:
- Strategic planning and conflict resolution skills
- Dependable transportation, valid Driver License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to drive for extended periods of time to complete appointments
- Daily travel within the district (includes Greensboro, High Point, Burlington, and Winston Salem areas of NC and others)
Coordination and Supervision:
- Weekly visit and touchpoint with Warehouse Associates
- Deliver superb service to Legacy customers
- Coach, Monitor, and evaluate installer performance for craftsmanship and professionalism
- Serve Lowe’s store and installer needs through monthly meetings, weekly site visits, and daily wellness checks
- Work with office management to give insight into capacity and cultural needs
- Provide training and development direction for installers when needed
Strategic:
- Assess installer capacity by installation category and Lowe’s store needs
- Manage, communicate and execute Vendor Debits and Chargebacks
- Strategize long-term district-specific goals for growth and development
- Contributing ideas and initiatives to advance the company's goals
- Create strategies to improve team performance
Communication:
- Coordinating weekly strategy meetings to cultivate support for the entire District Support Team.
- Weekly touchpoints with Director to assess state of the business
- Build and maintain relationships with installers with weekly installer touchpoints
- Daily calls to Lowe’s stores and/or IST to maintain relationships and satisfy needs
- Regular touchpoints with Lowe’s DMIS to assess and discuss strategy and capacity goals
- Coordinate the field operation effectively using good listening, strategic planning, and communication skills
Customer Experience:
- Confirmation calls/introduction calls to new customers
- Follow up call to verify expectations were met
- Partnering with office team management with escalated customer care issues
- Reestablishing confidence when customer expectations were not met demonstrating clear communication and accountability
- Work directly with office team management to address customer and/or installer concerns
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience, particularly with Lowe’s or Home Depot, preferred
- Previous knowledge/experience in flooring is an asset
- Familiarity with computers, office software, and phone systems
- Previous customer service and sales experience
- High School diploma or equivalent

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
